Powdercoatings

Polyester powder coatings are sprayed electrostatically and spread out at higher temperatures (160-180C) into a smooth good adhering layer.

CTB Holland BV has special experience with “Polyester Facade”, a powder coating, which has been developed primarily for outdoor applications. This coating is chip-proof and impact-resistant. All RAL colours can be delivered.
The colours are extremely durable. The layer thickness varies from 80-175 micrometer. A combination with a primer zinc powder-coating extends life time of the coating system extremely.
